Tracking trends and changes in:

• focus and outcomes of co-identified objectives by an Interdepartmental Federal Working Group on Water-Ocean-Climate Literacy, including the tracking of formal and informal partnerships created between federal government and external community organizations and experts
• # of government convened meetings that bring water-ocean-climate literacy leaders together from across different sectors, and progress on  identified actions
